Delightful high standard self-catering holiday accommodation in a lovely lodge, the separate end of a period country village property (The Old House - dating back to 1700's) to the edge of Crowborough, an old East Sussex village in the South East of England. The holiday accommodation has spectacular views reaching over the South Downs of East Sussex, Southern England, to Eastbourne. Located in a countryside area of outstanding natural beauty with only a 10 minute walk from the centre of the town and all shops and amenities.

The Ashdown Forest is close-by providing excellent walks and is an ideal touring centre. The spectacular Beacon Golf Club is also within a few minutes walk.

The south coast is only a 30 minute drive away with its lovely beach and seaside resorts, and is ideally situated for trips to London from Eridge (approx 3 miles away) or Tunbridge Wells (approx 8 miles away) rail stations and to visit places of interest (castle sites and local vineyard).                                                                              

This self catering accommodation is very well decorated and furnished and, although small, is very cosy and serve's as an excellent holiday home.

Enter: via small courtyard garden (enclosed), to small dining room, through to living room with colour television & video recorder. Small excellent fully fitted oak effect kitchen to rear (with views), rear door to utilities and storage.

Stairs from living room to first floor. Large front double-bed room, 2nd large twin-bedroom to rear with views. Both bedrooms have dressing tables, with mirrors and wardrobes. Bathroom with electric power shower over bath, wc, wash hand basin. Full gas ch/hw.

No of bedrooms: 2, duvets, Cot provided with bedding, if required. High Chair provided, if required. Parking in lay-by by side of lodge or on private drive with garage. Colour television and video recorder. Electric built-in double oven. gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden bench, patio table and chairs, BBQ. Full linen included.  The lodge also has its own pay telephone.

A security deposit of £50.00 will be payable on arrival and, providing no damage has occurred, this will be fully refunded.

Directions: From Tunbridge Wells approach Crowborough on A26. In Crowborough turn left into High Street at the Crowborough Cross pub. Take the first right hand turning up hill to roundabout past Waitrose Supermarket. Straight across roundabout and take first turning on right into Southview Road. Where the road forks into Harlequin lane, Cleeve Lodge can be found just before attached to the Old House.

Prices per week, for the year 2007, are as follows: - All weeks commence on Saturday unless by prior arrangement.

Utilities:

Above prices include all utilities (heating, gas & electricity)

Linen:

Full linen is provided at no extra cost.

Mini Breaks: Short weekend getaways of up to 4 nights in Low Season only (plus utilities charged at 75% of usual price). No reduction during Mid, High seasons except by special arrangement.
